1. The Administrator guarantees the confidentiality of all provided personal data.
2. Personal data are collected with due care, as necessary measures have been taken to protect them from access by unauthorized persons. At the same time, the requirements provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) have been implemented.
3. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract or fulfill obligations. This applies to:
   • a) Hosting company on the basis of entrustment HOSTIDO.PL for storing personal data on the server (privacy policy).
   • b) Mail operators MAILERLITE.COM for sending newsletters and commercial offers (privacy policy).
   • c) Payment operators STRIPE.COM (privacy policy).
4. Your personal data processed by the Administrator no longer than necessary to perform the related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., on accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

1. The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if provided.

3. In some cases, the Service may record information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.

2. Viewed resources are identified by URLs. Additionally, the following may be recorded:
   • a) time of the query arrival,
   • b) time of sending the response,
   • c) client station name – identification via HTTP protocol,
   • d) information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
   • e) URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – if the transition to the Service occurred via a link,
   • f) information about the user’s browser,

7. Essential Marketing Techniques

1. The Operator applies statistical analysis of website traffic using the Google Analytics 4 tool, provided by Google LLC based in the USA. Data are processed in a way that enables analysis of the use of the website, which may include collecting information such as cookie identifiers, IP address (in anonymized form), and user activity data. The service uses cookies stored on the user’s end device. The user can manage their cookie and personalized advertising preferences in the Google tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.
2. The Operator applies remarketing techniques, allowing the matching of advertising messages to user behavior on the site, which may give the illusion that the user’s personal data are used to track them, but in practice, no personal data are transferred from the Operator to advertising operators. The technological condition for such actions is enabled cookie support.
3. The Operator uses TikTok Pixel technology, provided by TikTok Technology Limited based in Ireland (10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, D02 T380) and TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited. This technology enables the analysis of the effectiveness of advertising activities conducted via the TikTok platform and allows TikTok to recognize that the user has visited the Operator’s site. In this regard, TikTok processes data as an independent administrator. The Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to TikTok beyond those collected via cookies or similar technologies. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, whereby TikTok applies appropriate data protection mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
4. The Operator applies a solution examining user behavior by creating heat maps. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service operator so that they do not know which natural person it concerns.
5. The Operator applies a solution automating the operation of the Service with respect to users, e.g., capable of sending an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided they have consented to receiving commercial correspondence from the Operator.
